Our Faith Formation program will run as it was last year - one day each month of in-person classes and material for at home during the rest of the month. It is our hope that your whole family can grow together with the materials provided.
1st Wednesday (unless noted differently on the schedule):
~ students in grades 1-5 will meet starting on Sept. 4th from 4:15-5:15pm at St. Joseph School enter and exit at the main entrance
~ students in grades 6-9 will meet starting on Sept. 4th from 6:30-7:45pm at St. Joseph School
*grades 6-8 enter & exit at the main entrance
*grade 9 enter & exit at the Youth Room on Broadway Ave
2nd Wednesday (unless noted differently on the schedule):
~ 10th grade/Confirmation students will meet starting on Oct. 9th from 6:30-7:45pm in the Benedictine Room of St. Joseph School
All students will be given additional material that families are asked to complete at home.

Payment is due at the time of registration. You will be able to select your payment option at the end of this form.

Faith Formation is an ongoing process involving the entire family. We need to work together. Please indicate the areas in which you can work with us in this ministry.
• Full Time Class leader (Full time Leaders are not required to pay Registration fees)
• Assistant Class leader (Full time assistants are not required to pay Registration fees)
Please consider volunteering - having 2 leaders in each class is the best option for leaders and students alike!
• Substitute Class leader
• Youth Group Assistant (help facilitate/lead Youth Group, and/or lead a small group study)
